New Improved Room (Sorry I'm putting up so many pictures of my room, it's the most interesting thing that's going on right now I suppose... Haha!)

Welp. I LOVE the new green. The yellow was adorable, but it was a bad paint job and old. And I love green :)

My plan is to put pictures up all over the wall kind of like how it looks in the pic with the blue dresser. But first, I have to get pictures I want on the walls. Feel free to send me pics, anyone!

Walking through the door, this is what you see first... Mind you I'm in the beginning stages of decoration and layout and all that. I just wanted to show every one where I will be sleeping this year!
I have a HUGE closet, and a HUGE shelf! Any ideas on what to put on the shelf, people? I have no idea...

My bed/desk area. Again... not the finished product. Just an overview. And yea that's a sleeping bag.

A Celebration of Pure Wonder

Last Sunday while Elizabeth was in town, we went to this incredible gala fundraiser for the childrens museum in Mandeville. It was decorated like a kid's wonderland. Complete with 'wonder' women, 'wonder' bread, Alice in 'Wonder'land etc... There was a charicature artist, outlandish desserts and restaurants from all over Covington had tables set up with their best for the taking. It was a ton of fun as you will see...
We had a ton of fun and most importantly, I forced Walter and James into a picture with the wonder women. They'll thank me later, right?



I don't know how to make it not sideways... better luck next time!

Like I said, we ALL had fun... Dad bid on a chopper bike... and won. :)

The dessert table was the coolest thing I've ever seen in person! It reminded me of that cake show on the food channel!

Finally got the hint.

It only took me 4 years to get it. So, now I'm keeping a blog of what's going on in my life for any friends and family who want to know. I figure if Rusty and Melodie can do it with a million little kiddos running around, so can I, right? ...hmm.
